Hatha Yoga
Yoga cultivates the harmony mind-body. Soul and body are inseparable, the body without the vital breath of the soul doesn't have life, it doesn't have existence. The prana, vital energy, naturally transported by the breath, flows along the nadis or meridians and is directed, through the focusing of the mind, on the parts of the body, purifying and oxygenating every cell of it.
The work on the body happens through the awareness of the breath, that is the mean by which prana is transported, and by which it brings comfort and cares tensions, distortions, unbalances, asymmetries, decontrolling the contractions of the energy and connecting the breakpoints happenes inside the body.
The aim is to make the energy circulate in a correct way activating the muscular bands to invigorate them, while the image of the bones that are lengthening is applied to create space among them, space itself sustained by the embrace of the muscles. What really matters in our life is also "as" thinks are done not only "what" is done.
In hatha yoga, the asana (position), can have different effects, benefits or also the contrary, according to how is realized, is experienced at the present moment, with which imagination is accompanied, with which thought, feeling, surrender and trust, with which intensity, dose and instruction. Even only a small change of instruction can change the effectiveness and the effect of it. It's the energy of the vital strength within that wakes up our creative powers.
In hatha yoga the instructions given aim to make the vital energy circulating in a correct way, that is the cosmic energy of the universal awareness within the body. Through the instructions images are transmitted in the respective parts of the body through focalization. These images determine a change of quality of the flow of energy and therefore of the asana, without needing to move. The creative element of the imagination determines the physical dimension of the movement in a thin way. The body realizes the visualization as it happens in dancing. Every little change of instructions make us travel in the more hidden and unknown meanders of the body and bringing us there we come to known them through the awareness expressed by the breath.

Meditation
Meditation is that state in which the mind stops its activity and, focusing on breath, is transported in the peaceful and silent space of the heart where to experience the Self. In meditation the breath slow down, the muscles relax and the brain becomes slower and deeper, theta and alpha electric waves appear, similar to those that regulate the sleep. It restores the harmony in the brain, as if the nervous circles were extinguished, it reduces the superfluous and the overload , and increases in the blood the hormones of comfort and relax (serotonin and melatonin they), while those of stress (adrenaline and cortisol) are lowering.
Visualization
Through the visualization, in meditation, we prepare the fertile ground with which to realize our projects. Everything has its origin from the idea, from the imagination. The visualization allows us to come into contact, to imagine in detail what we desire, creating it in the subtle dimension that is what has the power to give form to things. We strengthen the wish and the trust in the potentialities of our dream making it possible in the reality. Under the influence of the visualization everything becomes possible, thanks to its power to flatten the road, purifying the channels in which the spiritual creative energy flow giving life to the things. The visualization, that is a form of creative ,dynamic and poetic meditation, is the basic procedure of every artistic trial that brings to the creation of the artistic work and that accompanies it in every footstep of his "work in progress."
